1、Turn on the power switch of the terminal machine, and the power indicator light is on.

2、Pay attention to whether there are obvious abnormal noises inside and outside the machine. If there is a suspended operation, please ask the mechanic to determine whether it needs repair.

3、Knife selection and installation: It is operated by designated personnel. Before installing the knife, you must manually compare whether the selected blade is matched. After the comparison is correct, you can install the knife. After the installation is completed, you must use the hand crank to test. First, turn off the power of the terminal machine and press to adjust To touch the button, use a special plate to manually shake the main and follower wheels to maximize the stamping stroke of the terminal machine. If the hand does not move, consider whether the pressure is too large or other problems, and check and debug to OK. Before operation, check the lock screws and confirm that they are not loose.

4、Loading: Install the terminals that need to be hit, use the hexagonal wrench to adjust the feed plate so that the terminal can pass through easily, visually check whether the feeding position is suitable, if not, adjust it, use the hexagonal wrench to loosen the feeder lock screw , Twist the adjusting rod to adjust until the best condition, then tighten the feeder lock screw and start the operation.

5、Test tension: After the adjustment is OK, take the scrap wire and test the tension test. The main reference values are shown in the "Tension Test Comparison Table". The specific operation method is as follows, press the tension test reset button to reset to zero, and set the terminal to be tested The wire is clamped and tested. If the measured tension is not within the standard range, please re-adjust it by the mechanic until it reaches the standard value.

6、Trial production of 10PCS is sent to IPQC for first piece confirmation, and the inspection is OK before mass production. During the production process, the operator must self-check whether the terminals are encapsulated, hanging necks and other defects, and conduct a terminal tension test every 1 hour 7、After the production is completed, the good and waste products are sorted out, and the environment around the machine is cleaned up.

二、Precautions

1、During the operation, if the machine is abnormal, turn off the power first, and promptly ask the mechanic for maintenance and debugging.

2. Non-designated personnel are strictly prohibited to debug or disassemble machine parts without authorization.

3、During operation, the power supply of the machine is not disconnected, and no fingers or any part of the body are allowed to enter the punching range to avoid industrial accidents.

4、During operation, if you need to leave the work position, you must turn off the power before leaving.

5、When replacing the terminals, the power supply must be disconnected before the replacement operation. It is strictly forbidden to replace it during the operation of the machine.

6、During operation, if a terminal is stuck in the die, it must be removed with scissors or a needle before continuing the operation.

Care and maintenance

Daily maintenance:

The stamping guide rail of the terminal machine must be filled with oil once an hour to lubricate the oil filling hole on the top of the terminal machine. It is advisable to use 2-3 drops of oil each time.

The operator must clean the machine every day to remove the dust, debris and excess oil on the surface of the machine

The main speed bearing of the terminal machine must be greased every week. The specific operation method is as follows: open the back cover of the terminal machine → remove the circlip of the driven pulley → remove the pulley → grease (apply evenly on the surface of the high-speed bearing) → restore (Note: remove During the pulley process, pay attention to the loss of the bearing ball)

Secondary maintenance:

After the terminal machine is used for 3-6 months, it is necessary to check whether each component (consumable part) needs to be replaced, such as a belt, and whether the spring of each component is weakened and needs to be replaced. Whether each lock screw of the machine is loose, check whether the circlip is deformed, etc.
